This is my favorite healthy snack. It’s delicious. It’s healthy. It’s filling. Check, check, check! It also makes for a excellent post-work out snack with all that peanut butter protein.
In the Kinder household, we’re a little biased when it comes to the fruit bowl. Most always, the bananas go first. Then anything else – apples, pears, oranges – just sit there for two weeks until we’re forced to eat them or risk them turning.
This snack is a solution to all of that… well, at least for the lonely apples.

I hope your move goes well!! 😀
While I am not a fan of crunchy peanut butter at ALL, I absolutely love creamy, so I will try it that way soon!
