Don’t throw away your green onion stubs! Grow new green onions from them in just a couple of weeks.
Well, lo and behold earlier that day I stumbled across a pin about how to grow your own green onions. I gave it a shot and the results are pretty fantastic.
You can get about two or three more uses out of the plant before the water makes it a little funky. If you know of a way to make the plant last longer, please let me know!
